What Etsy says
- RuleBig shop banner: at least 1200 x 300 px.
- TipBig shop banner: 1600 x 400 px.
- RuleJPG, GIF, PNG, SVG or HEIC. No animated GIFs and no transparent PNGs.
- TipFiles over 1 MB may not finish uploading on a slow connection.
Etsy also has a mini banner (at least 1200 x 160 px, 1600 x 213 px recommended); this preset is for the big one. The banner is wide, so crop to fill keeps the middle of your image.
