Questions
How does the AI photo tool work?
You upload your own product photo and choose what the AI should do: a white background, a styled surface, or better light and colour. The AI is told to keep the product itself unchanged, and returns a photo at 2000px or larger on the longest side, usually within a minute. If you have no photo yet, you can describe the product instead and it generates one. Either way you then resize the result to any marketplace's exact spec in the same studio. Check small print and logos on the result before you list it: we tested a leather wallet and a bottle with a logo, and both stayed the same, but we cannot promise that for every product.
Does my prompt or photo get uploaded anywhere?
Yes, for this tool, unlike resizing. If you improve your own photo, the photo you pick is shrunk in your browser and then sent to our AI provider, Higgsfield, which edits it. If you generate a photo, your text description is sent instead. We do not store your photo or the result ourselves. Higgsfield keeps them temporarily to do the work. Resizing a photo to a marketplace spec in the studio still happens in your browser and never uploads anything.
How much does it cost?
AI photo credits are a separate add-on from Premium, in three packs: Small (50 credits) at $9.99/mo, Medium (100 credits) at $19.99/mo, and Large (500 credits) at $89.99/mo. Each pack is also available billed yearly for two months free. One credit generates one photo.
Do unused credits carry over?
No. Credits reset at the start of each billing month and any unused credits are dropped — they don't carry over or stack up.
Can I use AI photos and Premium together?
Yes. AI photo credits and the Premium plan are independent subscriptions — you can subscribe to either, both or neither. Premium removes the monthly pack limit on resizing; AI photo credits are for improving or generating a photo with the AI, not for resizing.
What happens if a generation fails?
If a generation errors out or times out partway through, the credit is refunded automatically and nothing is deducted from your balance.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, any time, online. Use Cancel in the footer (we email you a one-time link), or Manage billing on the Premium page. No call or email needed.
