Terms of Use

SizeSpec (the “Service”) is operated by:

“We”, “us” and “our” mean LumeCore LLC. “You” means the person using the Service.

SizeSpec resizes, crops and compresses product photos to the image requirements of online marketplaces and delivers the results as a ZIP file. The processing happens in your web browser, on your device. We also publish guides that summarise marketplace photo requirements.

• You must be at least 16 to use the Service, and able to enter a binding contract to buy Premium.
• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account is for one person. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

Your photos stay on your device. We do not receive, upload or store them. You keep all rights in your photos. You confirm that you have the right to use and edit any photo you process, and you are responsible for following each marketplace's own rules about what you may list.

Our presets and guides are based on the marketplaces' own published pages, which we link and date. Marketplaces change their rules, and some pages we could only read in part. Treat our figures as guidance, check the source before you rely on them, and do not assume a marketplace will accept every file we produce. We do not guarantee any listing outcome.

Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, Apple, App Store, Google, Google Play and other names are trademarks of their owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any of them.

• The free plan has monthly and per-pack limits, described on the Premium page. We may change the limits for new usage.
• Premium is a paid subscription billed monthly or yearly, as you choose when you subscribe. The price shown on the Premium page when you subscribe is the price you pay, plus any taxes that apply. A yearly plan is charged once, for the whole year, when you subscribe and at each yearly renewal.
• Payments are taken in advance by our payment provider, Stripe, using the payment method you give.
• Premium has no monthly pack limit and allows packs of up to 200 photos. It is for use by you or your business: please do not share your sign-in with other people or businesses, and do not use scripts to process photos in bulk. We may limit or suspend use that harms the Service or other users.

• Premium renews automatically at the end of each billing period, every month on a monthly plan and every year on a yearly plan, at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged each time, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time, online, without contacting anyone. Signed in, use Cancel on the Premium page. Without signing in, use Cancel subscription, linked in the footer of every page. You can also use the billing portal on the Premium page.
• If you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. On a yearly plan that is the end of the year you paid for. We do not refund the unused months.
• After you subscribe we email you a confirmation that repeats these terms and how to cancel. We will tell you before a price change takes effect. It applies from your next renewal, and you may cancel before then.

Fees are not refundable, including for part-used billing periods, except where the law that applies to you requires a refund. You can stop future charges at any time by cancelling, as described above.

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights while using the Service;
• avoid or interfere with usage limits, billing checks or other technical protections;
• attack, overload, probe or scrape the Service, or try to gain access to accounts or data that are not yours;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service except where the law allows it.

The Service, its software, design, guides and text belong to us or our licensors. While you follow these terms you may use the Service for your own business or personal purposes. The files you create from your own photos are yours.

You may not copy or republish our text, guides, specification tables, design or software in bulk, or use them to build a competing service, without our written permission. Short quotations with a link back to the page they come from are welcome.

We work to keep the Service running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause or stop features, and will give reasonable notice of a change that materially harms paying customers.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account yourself at the bottom of your dashboard, or email info@sizespec.com or use the contact form. Deleting your account from the dashboard also ends a Premium subscription immediately. Otherwise cancel Premium first if you do not want a further charge. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not give warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of marketplace information, or that results will meet any marketplace's requirements.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, sales, data or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for intent or gross negligence, injury, or where mandatory consumer law applies.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For a material change we will give notice, for example by email or in the Service, before it applies to you. If you keep using the Service after the change takes effect, you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
